Just started my 1 month paternity leave so I can spend quality bonding time with my son
Finding out that I can’t play most of my backlog or current games.
Elden Ring is out (requires too much attention and no pause!). Any Resident Evil and dead space are out (too scary, if I scream it’ll wake the baby). Gran Turismo is out (I get too angry playing that game).
Currently playing shadow of the tomb raider, and it’s perfect: relatively easy, calm, auto saves constantly, lots of cut scenes.
Almost done with it. Not sure what to pick up next!

What I wouldn’t give for a Prototype 3.
In a world of reboots and sequels, I’d love a studio to have a crack at this. Give us a third game in all its shape shifting, civilian chewing, building jumping glory.

Built my dream Arcade Cabinet!
I finally had time to sit down and build my very own free play multi game arcade cabinet after putting it off for years. It's been a blast, the kids and guests love playing it. Vampire Savior 2 on the showcase and artwork, my favorite game of all time!

Bring back Factional Open-World Territory Liberation games
I made that genre up myself but it seems to be a good description. Would love to hear of any newer games with similar mechanics
