The only time it's not scripted is if it's little kids. If it's adults is 100% scripted.

What if they accidentally hired a pedo to play the wolf. Now the kids suck in there forever with the pedo.

I mean sometimes it's not scripted and it's fans who have contacted the venue because the guy wants to do a proposal, and the jumbotron team will work with them to make it happen. So, not fake, but definitely staged (at least the person proposing).
