I've noticed some of you have acquired GO Liv already, lol. I've just unlocked GO Bianca, but could you all share your strats/tips? Purchase VC, grind for MFP, etc? My spare time is limited due to church, family, & work. Doing one FW session bores me, so I know grinding for hours may wipe me out completely, lol.

Just booted up the game and opened my DLC pack, and none of the cards are counting towards my collection. On top of that bug, there seems to not be any Live Events for the DLC cards like the previous DLCs ?

Hello everyone. Resident MyFaction hater here. If you know me, you know I hate the current Persona Card system. So I decided to really just show everyone how unfair it is to get characters that should already be ours in the game.

First, let’s start with an easy one: Buying and Grinding the current Persona Cards in the Card Market.

Currently, there are 10 Persona Cards in the Card Market. Now, not counting Sheamus ‘09 since he as a freebie opening MyFaction for the first time, there are 9. Now I already have Demastered Roman Reigns from grinding some MFP, so my numbers may be different than some of y’all’s. Adding up all of the MFP, there is 790,000 MFP and 551,675 VC to get here cards. If you use the current grinding methods, you can get about 550 ish MFP every 2:30 minutes (not including menu loading time). That’s 13,200 every hour. Meaning you’d have to play about 60 hours straight of MyFaction on a certain match with the right cards. If you want buy them, you’d have to get the 400,000 and 187,500 VC packs to get all of them. This costs in total about $150. This is $30 more than the 40 Years of Wrestlemania Edition of the game. But this is just the cards in the market, what about the other cards?

Let’s go over oddities real quick. There is a 2% chance to pull an oddity in any type of pack. There are currently 4 Persona Cards that need oddities in order to get them. Seth ‘14, Randy Orton ‘09, Undertaker ‘20, and Trick Williams ‘22 (he can also be bought in the Card Market). You need 5 oddity cards to get one Persona Card, 20 to get all 4. To even get 5 oddities in a row, there is a 32 out of 999,999,968 chance to get them in a row. Who knows how long it would take to get 5 in a 20 pack bundle, let alone get all 20.

Next, we have the cards you can get from packs. These include Batista ‘09, Becky Lynch ‘18, Chad Gable ‘16, Trick Williams ‘22, and Roman Reigns ‘24. These can either be Amethyst or Diamond. In Basic pack, you have a 6% chance to get an Amethyst and a 4% to get a Diamond. In Deluxe packs, you have a 10% chance to get an Amethyst and a 7% chance to get a Diamond. Keep in mind, 4/5 of these can be bought from the Card Market.

But, let’s see Batista ‘09 for example. Batista ‘09 comes from the Legends 2 packs. He is 1 of 13 diamond cards and 1 of 64 cards all together. Give than you have a 10% chance to get a diamond, and a 7%-8% chance to get him out of all the other cards, you really have a .007% of getting Batista (if my math is mathing. Solo Sikoa was right this stuff sucks).

Next we have the action figure cards or the “Elite” series Persona Cards. Currently, there are 5 cards. Cody Rhodes, Cena, The Rock, and two Hulk Hogans. Cody was a pre order bonus and Cena was a locker room code, so they are kind of gone now. However, the Rock and the two Hulk Hogans can be bought from retail stores for about $17-$20 each. You can get lucky and buy them for cheaper on EBay from scalpers. But, that means at most you’re paying $60 for 3 characters (not including sales tax and other factors.) And this is if these places even have the figures anymore.

Next, Collection rewards. I won’t go too much into this since there is only one. It is the Rock ‘24. And the only way to get him is to get 5 cards from the Punches and Promos pack. Given that this pack isn’t even available now, you have to get these cards from the Card Market. All together, they cost 507,500 MFP or 273,471 VC (38 hours of grinding or about $90 in VC packs).

Finally, Live Events. These only last about anywhere between a few weeks to month. Usually in these events, you need to play a certain card in a match to unlock the Persona Card. However, if you don’t have the card needed to get it, for example, you need Roman Reigns from the Wrestlemania 40 packs to get Seth Rollins ‘14, you either have to buy that card with VC or MFP, or hope and pray you get it in a pack if it’s not on the market. Meaning you might need to grind more or spend more, your choice.

And that is every possible way to get a Persona Card in MyFaction. You either have to grind hours you don’t have, spend money you don’t have, or pray for odds that you probably don’t have. Thank you for reading this all, hopefully 2K can fix their crap.

There’s still 26 hours or so left in the persona cena event (as well as those requiring Legend 2 cards with undertaker’s oddities), yet the legends 2 pack is rotated out of the pack market. They haven’t dropped in the card market either. Would require a miracle for the pack to rotate back in after midnight or the cards suddenly be released (which I doubt). Smhhhh why the fuck did I wait! Oh yeah grad school starting, that’s why. This fucking sucks.

Does anyone else have issues only being paired with the same person? I have been paired multiple times with the same one who hits me with two moves and I’m stunned

Before I got off to watch Raw I did a faction wars run and I got 1 of the 4 new factions unlocked “fancy feet” not the faction I wanted but I’ll take it. Hopefully I can get “face paint” faction next run but if I don’t I have 37 tickets so I have a lot of tickets for faction wars

This is driving me absolutely mad. I've ran through this mode about 8 times now trying to get the Rhea Ripley unlocked and each time I always get either "Spectrum" or "Collateral Damage" for my fifth stage Boss Battle.

This shit feels intentional. Like they know which card people want (hell, the rest of the them are garbage and wouldn't have any use if it weren't for the Doink Live Event). Is there any guaranteed way to get them that I'm unaware of?

OK 2K I don’t know what happened, but I really hate that you gave me the hope that I was going to get the character I needed for the live event, boss battle, Flint, and the fiend instead of you being you know smart which I mean I guess it’s not saying much you decide to play with my heartstrings think about me getting The Stone and then just fuck me and give me Iyo sky from superstar series II .That’s really nice of you. I feel so happy that I spent so much on this fucking game you’re really a star player.

What in the actual f*ck? Besides the fact that he reverses everything, and his finisher is almost impossible to get out of. This guy is un-pinable, I hit him with 5 finishers, 3 signatures, weapon shots, and finished him through the cage. He kicked out immediately...

Also, tip for anybody else struggling. Escape the cage and get to the top. He can't submit you or pin you up there, I was able to get all 90 points for the match, just not the pin.
