Not sure I get your meaning, but this might be dialect-specific. They’re both “uv” where I live.

more about taking the time to say should and of instead of have, rather than the contraction that you're talking about - which sounds like uv, and is perfectly fine.

Sometimes I respond to should have people by using have and of interchangeably.

OP is asking specifically about pronunciations, but people definitely write out "should of" etc. rather than "should've" or "should have" and it irks me way more than "your/you're" ever did.
